I had ordered the boots online so I tried them on when I picked them up. Wasn't able to get my foot through the "neck" of the boot. Salesman brought me a size 11 (I take size 9) to try on. They were enormous on my feet. I was surprised that a salesman would make such a suggestion of a boot 2 sizes too big!

Dissapointed - these boots are NOT wide width!

I have slightly wider feet and wear a women's 10.5 wide shoe. This boot says it is a "wide" width. It did not offer half sizes so, I ordered a size 11. I loved the color (beige), look and feel of the boot and was very excited to wear it. Unfortunately, my heal wouldn't even make it past the far too narrow opening of the boot. I would have loved to have given this boot a higher rating, but I could not even try it on.
As a side note, the presentation of these boots could have been better. The cloth wrap was stuffed underneath the boots in the box. Both tissue toe inserts were in one boot only and that boot was missing the cardboard insert that keeps the body of the boot erect. These boots had been tried before because there were sparkles on the bottom of both boots. I re-packed the boots wrapping them neatly as the supplier intended for the next customer. It would have been nice if they had been shipped that way for me.
