Comfortable and love the ice FX design on bottom

I haven't had a chance to try them as winter has pretty much ended but if they are as good as the other o es I bought 3 years ago then I will change my stars to a 5 instead of a 3 but for now cannot rate them as I haven't been able to try them in the winter and on ice... I bought them for the beginning of winter come 2026...

Its not very comfortable for me

I've had these for a year, but I got it one size too big so it hasn't been a good fit. But even so I found the boots too hot and too rigid for my liking. The soles also lack cushion.

The size 6 fits like a size 5. They don’t have these in store and I didn’t reorder the larger size because I’m not sure if they would fit.

These are the BEST boots Ever & I Sold Footwear

Best winter boots I’ve ever owned — and I worked in a shoe store
These Wind River boots are hands down the best things I’ve ever had on my feet — and I’ve sold shoes for a living. I don’t even like feet. That’s how good these are.
They’re wool-lined, suede, completely waterproof, and somehow still look clean after days of rainy, icy dog walks. The grip is unreal — I genuinely feel like I could walk on a skating rink without wiping out. They’re rated for –20 to –30°C and actually feel like it.
Warm without being bulky. Supportive without being stiff. Comfortable right out of the box. I feel like I could climb the Alps in these boots.
I also got them on sale, which made me love them even more.
Bonus honesty: I once accidentally put two right boots on and still didn’t notice right away — that’s how comfortable they are. (It was a stressful day. I have excuses.)
10/10. Would absolutely buy again. Thank you, Mark’s.
