Tight rubber

I had a pair of these boots before and just loved them so I purchased a new pair. It was thicker rubber and more comfortable once you got the boot on however it was so tight at the opening of the boot I had to go a size bigger and even then had trouble putting on the boot.
It was so tight I had to return the size 9 and the size 10.
