We love these hard hats. The grey is a nice color (not at all what is shown in the photo.) we order them for our business.
The harness on the inside is really nice... much nicer than other hard hats at this price point.

Arrived with Backwards Insert

I ordered my hardhat online. Unfortunately, when it showed up someone had put the insert in backwards. Customer service told me I had to go in to a Mark's shop to make a swap- which was ridiculous for such a low cost item where they had been the ones to make the mistake. At any rate, I did go into a store and make a swap. And absolutely nothing was acknowledged (the cashier even attempted to remove the backwards insert to turn it around- if it were that simple I would have done it myself). You would think at the very least Customer Service could have offered to do something for the inconvenience they caused, but no.
