Supervising Staff need some training

Took two tries to get it, found the service at the store crappy. Ordered online, that was painless, got the call and took advantage of the curb side pick up, but sadly the hat didn't have the safety gear in it, it was just the shell, so I had to return it - that is where it was crappy service. The girl who did the return was amazing, but her supervisor was on her over and over about taking a break, making me uncomfortable that I was inconveniencing her, but she was amazing at working away at getting things sorted.
