Good shoes with CSA green triangle, but size down

The shoes are quite light and very roomy. They run wide and large in my opinion. I'm usually a women's 7-7.5W; I ordered the 7M and still I feel like they are a little too big. The toe box is very roomy.
I was disappointed that the shoes I received came with black laces instead of the pictured blue laces.
