From ASICS, the versatile GEL-SILEO™ 3 running shoes are designed for both running workouts and coffee runs. With synthetic leather overlays, the uppers are made of mesh fabric which generates more airflow to keep your feet feeling cool. These shoes are well cushioned and have additional support in the rearfoot.

They are a good shoe with decent support. I purchased them to replace the Jolt 2 and Jolt 3. I don't find the support is quite as strong and therefore I need to put on another pair of shoes as my feet need a break sooner than my previous Jolt 2 and 3's did.
