jeans fit well, shipping is a nightmare

Purchased these for my husband from Mark's, as this brand is no longer carried at my preferred retailer anymore. While the jeans fit great and consistent with the last time I bought this brand, Mark's shipping and customer service is horrible. Time to ship was much longer than other retailers and when Purolator messed up the delivery, Mark's was zero help. Emails are not answered, you sit on hold too long (I actually had to hang up due to work). It actually took over 3 weeks to receive. Maybe if ship to store for online exclusives is available, I will try again. Otherwise I'll find a different store to order from.
