Fits big. 6'0/175# and glad I read reviews and went 'L'. X-large would've been uselessly huge on me.
Also, Carhartt's "midweight" is much heavier than I expected and I would not classify this as an indoor clothing item unless you work in a warehouse, garage, etc...

Great Quality, Great Fabric & Warmth factor. Just the right size to wear a sweater if needed. I usually wear a ladies small/medium and the men's small fits perfectly. Thinking of getting another one.

Just replaced one due to being involved in an accident and having it cut off me in emergency. They are favourite farm wear gear . Stand up in the toughest conditions, even unfortunate accidents.
