Nothing fragile about this wallet. Looks to be well made, no plastic parts; I expect it to last a long time. A little stiff right out of the box but like any leather item that should mellow with use. Nice slim profile, it's been a pleasure.

I read the description well as I was trying to purchase wallet 'without' the ID flap.
Excellent quality as I have learned to expect and receive from Carhartt.

Good looking leather wallet that gets better with age

Carhartt products are always top notch. I was looking for a wallet for my husband that was rugged and would stand the test of time while looking better over time. This wallet exceeded all expectations. He loves it. And it looks better than the picture. Packaging was also great for gift giving.
