Today I went to a store in Vancouver. The website said that the store had this model, and I wanted to try them on in person. Upon arrival, I was told that they were out of stock. I went home and ordered online, since the store indicated that they had them. Oh, miracle! With an online order, the shoes were finally found in the store. I again have to waste my time to come to the store and pick up my shoes. It seems that the store employees simply do not want to do their job well at the request of the customer. Apparently, ordering through the website and mail looks more official. Disappointed in wasting my time.
