Great experience overall. Ordered the jacket I wanted online, as it was not available in store. It was fast, hassle free and the jacket was delivered in great condition. I was kept up to date on the status of the delivery right down to when it was delivered to my door.

OmniHeat is seriously good

Bought this at a well known retailer. It replaces an older OmniHeat jacket which kept me warm in the bitter depths of February (northeast USA). The Regular fit is always perfect and OmniHeat is pure genius. Large, excellent exterior pockets, suitable for stashing heavy gloves and wool watch cap. Love the high collar - good defense against wind. Very glad I was able to snag one of these - and in my favorite color (Greenscape).
