Very comfortable and light weight. I would suggest going up one size from your usual. This shirt is meant stretch over you body. It can feel a little constructing if you're not used to that. I like my shirts to fit loose. If you do too then order the next size up

These Tech Trail polos are so great I bought several. The fit aligns with most other Columbia shirt sizes. The material is as comfortable when you're active as when you're just sitting around, and look nice enough to wear for work or more formal occasions.
