Don't Need Down to be warm and effective

Jacket is excellent... absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have a North Face buffer jacket with down that was extremely light and airly warm but the seams started coming apart and the down was coming out. Lasted me well over 5 years but needed a replacement. I also wanted a vegan alternative to down. This jacket is light, extremely warm, even warmer than my north face nuptse and proof that you dont need down to have a warm puffer jacket. I highly recommend. If I had to pick 1 thing that could be improved is that there are no inner pockets. But I never use the inner pockets anyway so was not a deal breaker at all. If you do use inner pockets than it's something you should keep in mind.

This is a lightweight insulated jacket built for comfort in cool conditions and includes water-repellent coating & Columbia's Omni-Heat™ thermal-reflective lining. We like to think of our jackets as falling into the Warm - Warmer - Warmest categories and would consider this style to be ""Warmer"".
