Beware no strap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality, like the color and design. BUT, it is NOT as pictured and is false advertising as it appears there’s straps on it and they aren’t! I didn’t realize until I washed it and there’s definitely no straps to be found. My toddler has a large head, but without a strap, there’s no way he’ll keep it on… very frustrating!
