Poor communication and shipping

I placed the order for 2 pairs of shoes on March 8th. Was suppose to be delivered today march 16th but nothing has come and ive gotten no communication from you as to where my order is. Being that your website saying it will be shipped within 2-3 days. Coming from within Canada and its taking this long is a big disappointment
