I love these socks and use them all the time, particularly when I'm wearing hiking boots when photographing around the world. They stay in place, don't shrink and prevent blisters so I'm pretty happy to have these. They wear like iron so I tried to find some more.
However, I was having trouble finding them online but discovered that they were available at Marks. Since we were heading to Canada to visit friends and family (we live on a small island in the Caribbean), I ordered several pairs. Unfortunately, Marks cancelled the lighter coloured packs as they were out of stock but at least I had found some! I did find a couple of packs of lighter ones later just before we left so was overall happy.
I don't know if the ion technology works but I do know that I can't get enough of these.

Love these socks, they are well made have lighter material in the middle so don't make my feet sweat but are strong at the heel and toe. I think they will last a long time. Also not too tight at the ankle but stay up.
