I bought these at a decent price - not the $110 listed. At first I thought that they would be too heavy for the hot woods. However - while hot they are good in thst they protect from branches and other sharp objects. And they dont allow mosqitoes or deer flies to bite through. Not have i noticed any ticks on or inside ( on my leggs) while wearing these pants. With a phone in pocket, I need a belt to keep them up. I travel to the woods in light pants and put these on when ready to work. I also wear with Mark's mosquito repellent t-shirts and Mark's mosquito hat - a great combo!!! No ticks yet. My arms required mossy spray for the mossies and deer flies as well as part of face.
I liked my pair so much that i purchased 3 more pairs as backup.

Its a great quality product but it blows my mind why they only come with warm lining, as if I need to be any warmer in the middle of summer when the ticks are out in force.
