Dakota WorkPro Series Women's HD3 Waterproof 200D Stretch T-MAX Lined Waist Pant

Comfortable lots of pocket and super warm.

I was looking for something with fabric like the Dakota Men's 600D HD3 Waterproof T-Max Insulated Bib Overalls. But, being a woman I did NOT want to wear bib type pants because then I have to suit down FULLY just to go pee. I would never warm back up!! Not to mention I'd probably get fired for being so unproductive. So here we are! I bought these pants, and now- for the sake of better women's workwear- here's my detailed review from a lady framer/ carpenter working through winter in the Yukon! Very comfortable and warm- So far I've used these to -30C and they have been very toasty, also stretchy and light so never feel constricted. Very much love that about them. Fairly tough- The material is light, I was very worried it would rip but I snagged them on a nail very hard today and they are completely fine. I doubt they will last a terribly long time though, especially because I see some stitching letting go after just one month. It is quite light. I would imagine the knees will wear out quickly. Would have prefered the heavier fabric mentioned above but the stretch might make it a toss-up for some. Runs big- My hips are 46" so I got and XL (my usual size), I definitely have to wear a belt and I for sure could have sized down. Pockets- The cargo pocket is great, it’s on the side I want it to be on and it’s not sewn flat like other women’s stuff. KNIFE POCKET needs to be longer, it won’t hold anything for long... hope you’re listening Dakota :D (just shorter than an Olfa knife would be perfect) Side Closures- Actually awesome. The zipper is easy and well protected. Velcro still works somehow even though it’s full of sawdust and snow. No annoying elastic cuffs inside either. Overall, keeping me very warm and able to move. Holds stuff, knees could be reinforced. Thanks Dakota!
