Great coat, very warm

I liked the look and needed to replace my lighter PU leather jacket that was separating. It took a few attempts to get it, I suspect at the time because of my colour choice. The coat arrived and I was very pleased.I have taken up walking so with my other jacket I needed a cardigan to provide enough warmth, not with this coat. with this coat, coldest days last winter, tshirt was all I needed under it and I was toasty warm (I also wore a scarf and hat) but this was warm even in a strong wind and did not need extra layers. I would highly recommend this coat, its warm, stylish and fit me well.

Obviously a returned item? Covered with lint and some hair. I wasn't impressed. Third time I ordered this item over the last year or so; first two times my order was cancelled. Will be returning it because it is too big/sleeves are too long. Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to getting this coat.
