I had touble placing an order for 6 turtlenecks. I ended up having to place the order in three separate ways. 1st I tried online but this wouldn't accept my credit code CVV. Customer support said it had to do with our VPN settings which he tried to talk me through changing and then tried directing me to using ingocnito function. These didn't work so I tried on my phone, I was unable to order the 6 shirts, only 2 were accepted so I had to pay shipping fees due to breaking up the order. We got two at the store and the store ordered our last two through shipping to home. The sales clerk was very helpful. I will only shop instore hencedforth. I usually find ordering online easy.
