Mark’s has gotten to the point where I really don’t to even shop there anymore. I purchased something online and simply wanted to return it and repurchase it with cash, so my son could get the cash back if he didn’t like the sweater for Christmas. This was an impossible task. I work retail and shop many other places…and it is a simple transaction. I purchased from Marks online, I’m returning to Marks to repurchase with cash! SIMPLE!
