Love this vest. It's warm and a perfect length. It's great with a sweater and leggings or a nice top and jeans. Well made. Perfect for year round wear. Haven't had to wash yet, so no comment on that.

Does not feel overwhelming

I’ve got to say it. Don’t think the cheaper or knockoff will be ‘fine.’ This vest is worth it. I am 5’4, 120lbs, and I tried this on in a small around Christmas. It was love at first wear. Most vests like this are very overwhelming; too long, too puffy, I get lost in them. I bought a knockoff of the Aritzia super puff… waste of money. This vest by Columbia is worth the money. It’s a keeper. It fits to your body properly, so you don’t feel weighed down or like you gained 40 lbs. it’s flattering and a straighter fit than the completion of jumbo vests. Zipper at bottom means you can be more mobile or sit in the car without restriction. Pockets are generous and fit a phone. It’s truly a perfect vest.

Finally Went for It!

Very happy with this long vest! Perfect for those “in and out” of the car trips or for walks on more mild days. Comfortable and cozy. I chose the burgundy colour and it’s definitely a nice change from my usual go-to, black. Finding it on sale was a great bonus too!
