My review is less about the socks and more about the service. A week prior to ordering these socks online, I walked into this Mark’s store (Polo Park) and was greeted by a woman who said “Good day! Welcome to Mark’s!”. It set the mood for the entire visit to the store for me - it felt less of a ‘chore’ and more of an experience. When I picked up the sock order last week, it was the same woman who helped me at the pick-up desk. Her name is Michelle (I hope I got that right) and my word - she was what I would say exemplifies customer service. Well done!!
