The boots are stylish and good quality. They are comfortable and have good grip walking in the snow. I agree with previous reviewers that the boots are tight at the top. I can zip them up, but they are tight on my calves. To give you some perspective I am 5”1 and 125 pounds.

The boots seemed very nicely built and finished and would have been perfect had those two buckles on the calf been functional to permit adjustability. As it was, my wife was unable to zip them up and I had to return them.

The customer service is false. What they communicate in store is incorrect about the product.
I was advised to visit the store at Portage Avenue as the size wasn't available at the McPhillips Store in Winnipeg. Though the website said that store is open however on reaching there it was closed. It was very unprofessional & caused me a bad experience so I had ordered online but decided to never visit the store henceforth.
Similar experience happened with my husband at McPhillips Store, we were communicated that the product(lowers) could be returned for the same price & another article could be brought however it wasn't exchanged for the same price despite of the fact that it was the same price.
It is very painful to see that lack of commitment leads to unsatisfying experiences.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hello, These boots can be sprayed with an all protector that can be used on synthetic uppers. Wouldn't hurt to do a test spot and make sure all is good. They are not a waterproof boot. Karlie.
