Super cute but not comfortable

I love the look of these but unfortunately, they were much too narrow for my typically narrow feet! I'm typically a size 9 and in Denver Hayes boots, I always find that I need a 9.5. The length of the 9.5 fit great but the width was so so narrow.
Also, the angle of the heel down to the toes feel exceptionally hard on my feet, and it's not because of the heel height. Hard to describe - I think either the footbed/sole is very stiff or the way they've angled the boot downward from the heel feels like the footbed is digging into the middle of my foot - very uncomfortable in this regard too.
