Great Shacket for the coming Autumn days.

This jacket (or shall I say, "Shacket") is magnificent. It's a synthetic fabric, but has a "wool-like" feel to it -- quite heavy, so not appropriate for our spring/summer weather. I am really looking forward to wearing it in the coming fall/winter. It's not lined, so perfect for wearing over a light sweater and layering. It is extremely well-made; good deep pockets (as well as breast-pockets); and a collar, that can be work down (as shown in the photo) or up, for cold winter days. The collar also adds to the "dressy" look of the jacket. A hood would have been great -- but only if it were detachable, so as not to detract from the "dressy" look. Size-wise, it was perfect, aside from sleeves that were too long -- but that is ALWAYS my complaint. However, they look fine, when rolled up. I wear a Size Small and I found the Shacket to be reasonably roomy; and, length-wise, coming to my mid-thigh. I wish that my size had been available for other colours, during the sale, as I certainly would have purchased another one. I anticipate that this will be an excellent jacket for those dog-walks on chilly autumn days.
