Superbe manteau, chaud sans être étouffant. Exactement ce que je cherchais, je voulais quelque chose qui puisse se plier et qui est parfait pour l'hiver dans la voiture ou pour les petits trajets à pied. À date je n'ai pas de problème avec la fermeture éclair. L'intérieur est super doux et comfortable. Je fais 5'2, 120lbs et le Small est parfait. Pas trop long non plus.

On March 24, 2025 around 8am I placed an order online for one WindRiver Women's Tick and Mosquito Repellent Jacket (#7BWFNFZAS01-311)
(order 5033996438) Colour – Olive, Size – 2XL. Order was placed in Mark’s outlet located in Devonshire Mall (3100 Howard Av, Unit D2. Windsor ON N8X 3Y8). This location had 4 of those jackets in stock, according to the store website.. Around 10:30am, I got an email from Mark’s stating that my order was cancel. At about 11:30 am, I called this Mark’s outlet to find out why this order was cancel and what are my options to get this jacket or something similar. I got a very rude associate talking (barking) so fast, seemingly not interested about my inquiry for the cancellation. It felt like the associate was texting to me rather than talking to me on the phone. In recent years, I purchased clothing and shoes from your Company. Never spoke to anyone (on the phone or in person) having this level of ignorance and disrespect. Following my unpleasant “conversation”, I placed an order (5034003077) for the same jacket in Mark’s outlet located in Tecumseh Mall (9-7654 Tecumseh Rd E Windsor, ON N8T 1E9). Within 1 hour I received an email telling me that my order is ready for pickup. Very friendly and professional service at this location.
I hope that this letter will reach someone in your organization who cares sincerely for your business and your customers satisfaction. This rude associate in Mark’s Devonshire Mall location, is chasing away customers with her attitude and phone manners. Just wonder, what are the benefits for your organization to keep on your payroll these type of associates ...

Great Coat. Sized Perfect. Sleeves very extra long - no big deal - roll up works. Very cozy & Soft. Not too heavy. Zipper needs waxing??? Can only do up when its off (haha) Got it from clearance at 70% off, cant beat that deal for a great coat for next year. The olive color is light toned, not army like. Love the anorak option.
