IS THIS A JOKE? Review what you haven't delivered?

I have not received the order, which was placed 12 DAYS AGO. UPS tracking says on the way today. How can every other major retailer get me a package within a few business days, Walmart next day, Amazon next day; but this package is coming up to the two week mark to be delivered? I ordered several items, I will be returning the entire batch. Too late, I already ordered and received other items from another retailer.
No, I do not recommend this product.
