Never Received!

Ordered hoodie 3 wks before Christmas, it did not arrive in time. I got an email 30 mins before the store closed on Christmas Eve. Went to store next opened day and they gave someone else with same name my pkg. They didn’t check the address or the order number. They told me they would process a refund and order in a new hoodie. It’s Jan. 7th and still haven’t received either! Not good enough!!
