It has been very hard to find a perfect winter pants. I am chubby & short woman. I
needed a comfortable winter pants with SHORT INSEAM for my work freezing outside. It would be around -30℃ next week. I've been looking for my working pants for 3 days, and finally was happy to find it!! As soon as I came back my home, wore it with leggings, and started to shovel snow in around -25℃. I was NOT COLD MY HIP & LEG AT ALL, and was MOVING COMFORTABLY.

Had mine 2 winters. They do keep you warm & dry outdoors provided you wear an inner lining like long johns. If you don't the clammy rubs against you.
Indoors I rapidly overheat and perspire despite the wickering out of perspiration claim.
The plastic cord draw string seems flimsy. Though mines held up. Check leg length. Tend to be on long side.

A: Thank you for your question. This will depend on the type of work, your body type and the environmental conditions outside. The manufacturer does not assign a temperature rating. This garment is insulated with 60g of insulation which would make it a lightweight insulation. The seams are taped and the fabric is waterproof/breathable with Hellytech Protection.
