Product fine, service disappointing

The boots themselves look good, but the customer service experience has been very disappointing.
My order arrived with a severely damaged box and no receipt or packing slip inside. I contacted customer support and sent photos, but received no response.
I only need a copy of my official receipt/invoice in PDF format, and I still haven’t received it.
I hope someone from the company can finally help resolve this.

Very comfortable boots and also very warm in Winter. But the big thing that overweighs the good things about them is that the have absolutely no tracion whatsoever on winter surfaces. I have sprained ankles already and almost fallen off a roof multiple times. So I wouldn't recommend them

Very good boots! This is my second pair of these boots and I highly recomend them; my feet stay warm and the boots are comfortable even during the break-in period. Will def buy again👍👨🔧🫶

Have not worn yet, but look good, and fit alright on my narrow feet with heavy work socks. Had to order online, recommended size was correct. More rubber than leather on uppers.

They are warm and water proof which is great for the snow. The down side is they have little to no grip

- A: Hello, This boot has not been tested at TRI, it will be for our 2023 season. The boot does not utilize the ICE FX technology and is based on a rubber outsole so it will not preform to the same standard as our ICE FX winter boots. Thank you3 years agoHelpful?
