I never write reviews. this product is worth a great review, here is why. I spend two days working in the rain and finally said enough is enough i am buying a good work suit. Besides i own dress suits worth about the same. I went through every brand I could think of that would match this product and decided to make the purchase of this product and the pants at the smallest retail outlet I could find. Today was the test. I climbed a 300' tower in minus 6, at the tope the winds were whipping. The climb warmed me up a bit so i was worried about the next six hours standing still. i was only wearing the inner vest and a base layer. this jacket kept me warm. my toes were cold my face burned, but I stayed warm. I did the sizing guide for my size. It reccomended a large, but I decided on a medium. at 195 lbs, base layer, fleece sweater this jacket still hase room. I purchased a large size for the pants to have a bit more room. I am glad I tried them on first. I will write another review after a few snow storms and cold weather. I am not sure about the durability of the fabic, but from other helly hansen gear I own, (gloves, ski jacket/pants, boots) I will be surprised if it fails me.
