Good product, disappointed by online order

Shoes are comfy and grippy and will be perfect for the rainy winter ahead. A little disappointed by the state of them, I had to do an online order because the store near me didn't have any in stock when I went. When I opened the box the shoes looked like someone had worn them and returned them. The stuffing was out of the shoes, the laces were tied awkwardly, and the soles already had some dirt on them so I couldn't wear them in the house to break them in like I normally would. Not the end of the world but it's just a little disappointing when you buy something new. I wore them on a walk yesterday though and they seem good! I love the grip and the supportive insole.
