Quality boots

Good boots water proof and awesome grip. I will get them again. Also it’s a Canadian company. The only down side is the upper part of the boot has eyelets I normally like the pull around system as I like my boots tight all the way to the top I work in a mine in very uneven ground.

Simple !!
Composite Plate & Toe means for good protection...wish they had an internal Composite Metatarsal layer but these are primo boots.
They look so nice I didnt want to wear them for a week after arrival...
Since then tho...I dont want to take them off.

Boots have a serious flaw

I thought these boots would be terrific because they had all the features I was looking for in a winter work boot - warmth, slip resistance on ice, light weight, etc. but when I wore the boots for the first day I found a serious flaw. For some reason the boots have a ridge on the inside that protrudes into the lining at the ankle area. As the day progressed I noticed my ankle hurting more and more but unfortunately I don't bring a spare pair of boots to work with me so I had to wear them all day. By the time I got home and removed the boots that evening my ankle had a painful reddish bruise at the spot where the ridge was rubbing against it all day. I assumed because this brand was Made in Canada they would have better than average craftsmanship, and on the outside the boots do indeed look very well made, but the same can't be said for the inner part of the boot that comes in contact with your foot.
No, I do not recommend this product.
