Nice shoes but disappointing service

Very disappointed with a few aspects of this purchase. It was delivered much later than expected with 2-3 days as the quote day 3 went by and they still hadn’t been mailed. It ended up coming 5 days later.
Now I assume that when I buy new shoes online that I’m sent shoes in the box from new stock. The shoes sent to me had obviously been in store and been tried on at least once. The tissue paper was ripped up and hanging out of the box. It’s not a huge deal as the shoes had no visible dirt but it was disappointing to see.
The shoes are okay. They fit and the insole feels nice. Good deal for the price. But I probably won’t order from here again just due to the not holding up the agreement to shipping and that the shoes weren’t as new as I wanted.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought them because they were a good looking, slim sneaker in a colorway I liked, but they've quickly become my new favorite shoe by being so comfortable.
