Sent the wrong size, ultimately out of pocket.

Product isn’t poor, but the experience was!! Like others, I was sent the wrong size, but still dinged for shipping when I returned. Ordered a woman’s 9 (men’s 7.5) and got a men’s 9 (women’s 10.5) shipped to me. Returned in store, out of pocket for original shipping, and patiently waiting for the return to show up on my credit card…

I purchased a 6 unisex/7.5 womens as per the listing and was sent a 7.5 unisex, so the shoes were too big.
