Honestly, these are the only scrub pants that fit everywhere they need to. I've tried almost every brand of scrubs under the sun and none of them are as stretchy as these ones. I usually struggle with pants being too snug on the thighs and too loose on the waist but these are the best. I love that they have pockets on both sides of the pants too. 10/10, if you want a pant with lots of stretch. I own 3 pairs of these and always reach for them.
For sizing:
I am 5'2, athletic build, size 2 in regular pant sizes (usually size small), size 4 in lululemon pants, and I wear size xs in these and they aren't restricting on my thighs. If I had to guess, these would probably fit full length up to someone 5'6.
