Amazing pants - horrible return policies. Bought 4 of these pants online. Then I found that I still had some unused ones at home. Went to return 2 pairs. Bought two pairs full price and two 1/2 price due to sale. When I returned 2 pairs they gave me back the price of the 2 50% off pairs! I looked at the refund and said I am missing around $40 here what is up? As I should get back 1 full price & 1 50% off. I was informed by the staff that this is how the computer does returns. So I said to that then I am returning all four pairs! Not the staff’s fault but rather the horrible way Mark’s is trying to treat customers. Seriously Mark’s think 🤔 about proper honest refund policies that don’t put your staff in a very awkward situation. Btw the pants are far superior to any I have bought elsewhere. You truly could live in them as it says on the label. Buy them you will not regret it. Sometimes they have nifty other colours. I have some beautiful purple ones from a few years back.

I love the cut of these pants, but I am sad you have changed the fabric. A few years ago Marks offered Live-In (which I remembered as Leave in store) and other ones that I loved. The Live-In are a silky, thin fabric. I prefer the thicker fabric they used to have. Please bring back both choices.
