Great customer service! I wasn’t able to pick up my order. I informed customer service via email that someone else was going to pick up my order and they added these instructions to my order. I was relieved that there was no problems with that.
My husband and I do long hikes and this brand of shoe is soft & comfortable. I think it’s the best shoe ever. Just be careful when walking on the wood chips on children’s playgrounds. If the wood chip is vertical it may puncture through the sole of the sandal. This happened to me the other day. The wood chip came out easily. But I still enjoy how comfortable these shoes are..

Comfortable and easy care

These are my husband’s favourite sandals. Comfortable for long walks or working or lounging in the backyard. He loves the adjustable straps and the fact they can be easily washed (unlike leather) after getting them dusty or muddy.
