Could maybe use some bubble wrap for shipping

as mentioned in other reviews, the thermos did not come in any kind of protective packaging, mine is not really damaged, but there is one ding on the bottom of the cup (or the top of the lid, w/e you wanna call it). Otherwise, it's great! It holds more than enough coffee for the day and keeps it HOT for hours.
