2-11 days shipping

On principle, it was 2-3 day shipping and now it’s day to arrive on Thursday which would be 11 days. Which clearly isn’t ideal time to send a product review email to me when I don’t have the boots.

Great Overall - Still Great After a Year

Been using every day for a just over a year - light to medium duty work/usage. Very comfortable out of the box and minimal wear. Only complaint would be that that traction is the greatest in slippery conditions. Other than that - would definitely recommend - especially if on sale.

Shoe exchange

I purchased a pair of work shoes from Mark’s about a week ago. After only three days of use, I realized the size was too small and hurt my feet. I returned to the store to exchange them for a larger size. To my surprise, the staff — including the manager — refused to do the exchange, even though the shoes were almost new and I just needed the right fit.
This was very disappointing, as I expected better customer service and flexibility from a store like Mark’s. I will think twice before shopping here again and cannot recommend this location to others.

Easily damaged, lasted 6 months maybe.

These are the worst work boots I've ever spent money on. Sure they are super comfortable and they were great on a roof for the first month but after probably only 6 months of use, they are literally falling off my feet. It only took two days for the fabric on the side to rip. For the price of them I thought they would be great. I won't be buying non leather boots again.

Stable comfortable boots

This is my second pair of these boots..wide and stable great traction. Got the second pair for a spare and to wear more for good. Nice looking boots. If they stop making this style I have a back up. Comfortable boots right out of the box.

Short and witty title

I’ve been wearing these boots for two weeks, and naturally, everything has been fine during this time. The only thing I’ve noticed is the sole—when standing for long periods, my feet feel discomfort as if I were standing on a hard surface. Previously, I had Timberland PRO Men's Intercept Steel Toe Steel Plate Athletic Safety Shoes, and I didn’t experience this issue in two years of use. Also, the lace loops are made of cord. So far, they’re holding up well, but I see this area as a potential weak point in the design. When wearing them indoors for extended periods (15–20°C), they feel a bit warm. That’s about it.
