Lasting harm to ankle and feet.

These boots felt fine and comfortable in the store when I tried them on. After 3-4 weeks, I developed a ganglion cyst on my right inner ankle, and a foot condition from the lack of breathability, to the extent of needing a prescription. Do not recommend.

Comfortable, Waterproof but not slip resistant

They’re super comfy from the first wear. No breaking in necessary. Keep your feet warm and waterproof like advertised.
My only problem is the resistance to slipping. I work in a food processing factory and if the floor is even slightly wet, I needed to be cautious in these. And the floor is textured. Even if the cafeteria tile was freshly moped, I would slip/slide slightly if I wasn’t careful.
Will be returning but maybe they’re better suited for outdoor workers

Great boot...for about a year.

I work for a landscaping and snow removal company. I've purchased two pairs of these boots and am considering purchasing a third. I have no issues with the fit. I wear a size 8 and there is more than enough room for my toes so they are not compressed while I work. There is no break in period and I have never had blisters although I do wear two pairs of socks in the boots; one thin sweat wicking then a thicker wool sock on top. They keep my feet dry and warm; until they begin to crack at the area where the laces meet the top of the boot by the toe at the bend point. Both pairs have done this and it makes the boot no longer waterproof. I have taken the time to clean and oil my boots but the leather cannot hold up to winter salt exposure for more than one season. Considering the price I would expect a pair of boots for $300+ after tax to last more than a year. If the company I work for didn't compensate a portion of the price I would not buy these boots again.

- A: they grip good on asphalt, and dirt/grass/etc. the wide toe makes your foot slip around a bit so i recommend sizing down… unless you’re going to double sock (in the winter)… just my opinion :) also it’s very water resistant. it’s been 5 months and boater penetration of water. tried 6 types of workboots and this is the best.2 years agoHelpful?
