These shoes are amazing! I love them because they are super lightweight compared to other CSA approved shoes. I love the fact that they’re mostly black and the thick soles helps with the comfortability. Not to mention, they look like some really nice runners!

Good safety boots for work

Purchased for someone else and so far they are quite happy with this steel toe safety boot for work. The extra width allows them to wear heavier socks and the higher ankle provides more support.

Comfortable.. not durable

The shoe itself is very comfortable to walk in. Compared to my old caterpillars these feel like walking on clouds. That’s why it’s really disappointing that they aren’t very durable. My first week of wearing them at work I dropped a pallet on the edge of my shoe and the material on the top of the toe ripped and the sole that curls at the front also was crushed. I used to drop pallets on my caterpillars all the time and they had never gashed the way these have. That being said, if it’s just for light use, it is very comfortable to stand for long periods of time.

Do Not Buy – Fails the Durability Test in Under

I bought these boots expecting the "heavy-duty" performance Timberland is known for, but they have been a massive disappointment. I work in a hands-on environment where my gear needs to withstand daily wear, and these didn't even last five days.
The Issues:
Poor Durability: Within less than a week of regular use, the outer material over the toe box shredded away.
Safety Hazard: Both shoes now have the steel toe completely exposed. Once the protective layering is gone, the integrity of the boot is compromised, and they no longer offer the professional protection needed for a job site.
Not for Daily Wear: These are marketed as safety boots, but they cannot handle the rigors of an actual work day.
Final Verdict:
If you are looking for a reliable, heavy-duty athletic safety boot that can survive more than a few shifts, look elsewhere. These are not built to last, and for the price point, the quality is unacceptable. Save your money and don't buy these.
