Wearing this in the factory helped me cope with the heat on a daily basis I LOVE them! I worn one in the morning and had a back up in my lunch bag for the afternoon. DO NOT FREEZE them the gel beads will break. Buy it place in a large dish with lots of water in the fridge over night and really to roll in the morning.

I purchased for my self and husband. It works great on hot days spent outdoors /working outside/heat waves/when generally feeling overheated. It does keep cool you may need to flip it over for the cool side every now and then (like a pillow).

Not my first time to use this product, knew what to expect from it and did not fail to deliver. Too bad the stores in my city did not stock, I ordered 3 and each one came from a store in a different part of the country. Highly recommend. However the service I received from the pickup store was
