Designed for winter warmth, these tight fitting pants are made from a T-MAX® thermal fabric knit in a grid pattern to trap additional air and insulate against cold. feature T-MAX HEAT® technology that provides superior heat retention and temperature regulation to keep you warm and comfortable without overheating. The easy pull-on waistband has a lace-type drawcord for adjusting the fit and the legs have rib-knit cuffs so they'll stay put around your ankles.

Great fit for women too

I bought this after trying on womens long underwear that were not long enough. I have trouble finding pants to stay up, my waist is about the same size as hips. These sit right at my waist and with the drawstring I can tighten them to where it is comfortable. The drawstring is a bit of extra bulk, but I can put up with that because they stay up. I haven't washed them yet, but

Non-scratchy, silky smooth, comfortable, warm in cold weather and fits well. The drawstring is good as a backup to the elastic band. Stitching is excellent. They look like they are built to last.

Perfect for my use case

Wear overalls at work and needed something to wear underneath. But I also needed something with a drawstring so I can keep my shirt tucked in so it's not riding up underneath my overalls. Long johns wouldn't cut it with no string and sweatpants would be way to thick. Somehow these exist and are the perfect solution.
