Security Tab left on item

I am very disappointed in your customer service I ordered these pj's on line and the security tab is still on the item when I called to let them know they weren't very kind about the solution said I could take them back to the nearest Mark's the reason I ordered them on line is so I didn't have to go to Mall will think twice about ordering from Mark's again
