Excellent performing and durable winter boot!

I recently bought these boots out of season because they were on sale. I have an identical pair which I've worn in all kinds of conditions for nearly four years and they still have lots of life left in them. They remain waterproof, the sole has plenty of wear left with IceFX remaining effective, and the upper is still in good condition. I will transition these for use around the yard and in dirty conditions now that I have the second pair. The best boot for the money I've ever owned!

These boots fit my feet well; They have kept my feet warm and dry over the winter. These anti slip soles are a lifesaver in icey conditions; At my age I can't afford to fall anymore, at all.
Watch for them to appear at sale prices.

At 74 years old I can’t afford a fall on the ice, bad things happen to older folk who break major bones. These boots have made it possible for me to go for walks again. In fact, one needs to adjust to just how well these boots grip, you can’t easily make them slip even a little bit. They’re also comfortable and waterproof. Great buy!

I have hunted and walked forest trails until snow comes and winter roads daily for 3 years. These are the best walking boots I've ever owned.
My only complaint is keeping the laces tied

5 year old Rundle Waterproof review

I have owned these hikers for over 5 years and they have been incredible. They are warm, waterproof and very comfortable. Unfortunately after 5 years of wear, the grip is starting to diminish and there is a rip in the leather near the flex point of the ball of the foot. I purchased the Windriver Peak III just recently on sale to replace these as they were not available in my size at the time, and they are just as comfortable and warm as these.

Q: Would these boots be okay for women? I notice they have a better rating on Rate My Treads than any of the women's boots.

A: Thanks for reaching out. These boots would definitely be okay for a woman to wear. However the size range for this styles is a Men's size 7-15. Therefore the smallest size available in this style would fit similar to a Women's size 9/9.5. Hope this helps!

A: Thanks for reaching out. This style already comes with a waterproof leather upper so no nee to treat with a waterproofing spray. However, if you would like to protect the boots from salt stains, we do currently carry a product for that and the link is below for your reference.
