I am 5'7" and 135 lbs. I usually wear a small if I want a shirt to be more fitted and a medium if I want it to fit more loose. I ordered a small because this is a base layer and it fits perfectly. Love the crew neck. I am using this base layer for snowboarding and just general outdoor mountain adventure use and I love that this gives me a little extra warmth against the wind. The weight is really nice, not super thick, but still warm enough as a base layer. Would easily recommend and buy again!

At 6 feet tall and 200 lbs of mostly muscle it is incredibly hard to find women's tops that are long enough without being an XXL.
This top fit perfectly in a medium. It's very form fitting and stays tucked into my waistband all day no matter how much crawling and crouching I do. It's also quite warm as a baselayer.
