NINE YEARS OF SERVICE!

When the Hopper 12 came out I thought it would be the perfect lunch cooler for me. In December 2016 I purchased one in grey (that might have been the only color offered). It has been used as a lunch cooler five days a week and on weekends it is used as a cooler on our boat. Never a single rip or tear. The interior is still in perfect shape. Last week two zipper teeth began to fail. NINE YEARS of constant use and it finally broke. What a run! I hate to see it go but I will DEFINITELY be purchasing another one to replace it. We have multiple Yeti items and all are spectacular. Thank you Yeti for building something that will last this long.

Tough as nails

My wife complains about the zipper, but my four month old has no issue opening it up and using it as her personal seat. In all seriousness though, it does its job and it looks good. Very trendy. I pack it with two small ice packs and everything is still ice cold at the end of a twelve hour shift. My only gripe is that I wish it came with a few pockets to store stuff. Guess we will have to wait for a revised Sidekick.

great investment

just bought my 2nd , the first 1 i use every day (for the last 4 years) as my lunchbox, i operate heavy equipment so it has seen some rough days,12 hour shifts and my drinks are still as cold as when they were put in. actualy if i put 2 of the yeti ice blocks which fit perfectly in the bottom it will cause them 2 have a thin layer of ice in them. and with a little dawn dish soap and warm water it looks just as good as new, best investment a construction worker can make, im a custmer for life, the 2nd one will be used for the side by side on the weekends for cold beverages. the 12 for lunch and the 18 for cold beverages and fun

I love our cooler! And I just have to say how amazing the Yeti customer service is. Our zipper failed and they were so quick to respond and provide a replacement, I was so impressed and will continue buying Yeti products because they stand behind their name.
